Very attentive to what the patient needs are and take care of meds that needs to be ordered does not forget I love that about her and if there is a problem from the pharmacy she gets your message and takes care of business.

My experience was positive. Amie does a fantastic job and answers any questions I may have. She also offers encouragement that my issues will continue to get better, provided I continue to put the effort in to help them get better. Amie provides great care and genuinely cares for her patients.

I have only positive comments about this practice! Everyone is pleasant and helpful. I see Rita Coulliard, she is amazing! She listens to me and understands my pain. I am a five year patient and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Dr delate and the entire staff are incredible!

I had a very nice visit. The young lady in the front office was very kind and efficient. The MA was also polite and did her job with a smile. Rita is the nicest doctor I have had in a long time. She is a good listener and very knowledgeable.

I arrived late due to the fact that traffic here in our Phoenix,AZ area has been a circus, chaos and nightmare due to the fact we have the super bowl, golf tournament, etc.., going on all at the same time and has made life this last couple of weeks just awful for people like myself that have to drive. So I am a new patient and I didn't realize that there was 20 pages of forms to fill out. Thank God that Alyson took pity on me and told her staff she would see me anyways and I really appreciate her and her office staff for that. I had no control over the traffic and arrived shaking and felt like my heart was pounding out of my chest because I had a near miss on the freeway right before I arrived. But I made it and was seen and because of this king gesture I will stay with Alyson and her staff and am grateful. I also like that she is very knowledgeable of my issues with my pain and seems like she wants to help me. Thank you.
