I was seen timely by Kindra and the check-in staff. Everyone is professional and friendly. I brought lots of questions about alternative treatments for my arthritic back other than using pain meds.
They bill my insurance, which is so convenient for me.
I’ve been treated well at every monthly appointment and I do recommend them.

Dr. Lee!! IF this review shows up, id like to say she is very non-shalont. Yes we all have different experiences but if you choose to discharge a patient "without" giving them the chance or opportunity to explain, well i feel that VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! PLEASE just read this, im ok with the discharge, i take care of my wife who has Stage 4 Bone Cancer, who is in Hospice. So we all know that means helping her alot including giving her medication. I have been putting FENTANYL (50m) on her (without gloves) yes dumb of me but i didnt think it would get n my system, but OK here we are. So i go to my appointment and BOOM only thing she has to say was, you're being discharged FENTANYL showed up in your UA. Thats it, done she didnt even let me explain my situation knowing i take care of my wife because my wife was ALSO HER PATIENT!! Ive called to make a complaint Kat and no one else has called me back, and this was February 29, 2024. I have to say, LIANA is and has ALWAYS been one of APM Dr.s but as i said, we all have different experiences and from day one my wife said Dr. Lee was different and she didnt feel that she cared about people as her field requires. Thank You if you read this review.m

Each time we have an appointment we have to wait 30-45 min. Our practitioner & her MA are excellent but the support areas are very poor. The front desk is closed @ 3 & f/u appts cannot be made. If we are seen on time we might be able to. As a healthcare facility, the cleanliness is non existent. The bathroom floor was so bad my shoes were squeaky from walking on it. We don’t want or need fancy but do expect clean & being able to complete services & not having to call back which by the way is horrible to call & get service. Susan is the reason we haven’t left.

Ms Marton has been helping me manage my Fibromyalgia. Her questions and advice are direct and to the point. When I share
the problems I am having she is able to suggest specific alternatives to manage the pain. She manages my pain medications by helping me reduce scripts but is reactive when I encounter broken bones and therapy. I recommend Ms Marton for her work as a partner in pain management .
