About Michelle Hale

Michelle is originally a Colorado native. She has eleven year of nursing experience where she began her career at The Total Joint and Spine med/surg floor at Sky Ridge Medical Center in Lone Tree, Colorado. After that Michelle worked in the float pool for Kaiser Permanente while she obtained her RN-MSN in Nursing Leadership & Management from Western Governors University. After moving to Arizona in 2016, Michelle worked in eye surgery centers for Southwestern Eye Center and decided she would like to provide direct patient care by becoming a Nurse Practitioner and graduated in 2021 with a Post-Master’s Certificate in Family Practice from Morningside University. As an FNP, Michelle found interest in pain management by working Personal Injury cases and wanted to offer more than acute pain treatments to patients and is very excited to have recently joined Advanced Pain Management at the Surprise Location. Michelle is an avid Phoenix Suns fan and loves spending time with her husband and their three dogs by the pool or camping in their RV.
