About Advanced Pain Management

Advanced Pain Management offers a comprehensive range of treatments in Phoenix and Tucson. We’ve made it our mission to provide effective and innovative pain management solutions. Most importantly, we want to help our patients reduce their chronic pain and eliminate their dependence on drugs in order to return to an independent lifestyle. Advanced Pain Management promises to deliver the most technologically advanced, minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic services currently available. We also offer a supportive and caring environment that contributes to your recovery and well-being. This way, you can get back to your daily routine as soon as possible.

Treatments

In order to provide the best care possible, our doctors offer a wide variety of treatment options including epidurals, joint injections, nerve blocks and platelet-rich plasma injections. For more information, please see our “Treatments” menu. Our team is also happy to help answer any questions you may have.

The team uses a combination of physical medicine, rehabilitation, and non-surgical therapies to relieve neck pain, low and mid back pain, and neuropathy (nerve-related pain). They specialize in chronic pain conditions like complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), facet joint pain, occipital neuralgia, and pelvic pain.

The offices are fully equipped with advanced diagnostic technologies to quickly identify the root cause of pain. The interventional pain team tailors treatment plans to individual patient needs and uses therapies like epidural steroid injections and RegenLab® USA platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy.

Supartz FX®, Euflexxa®, and ORTHOVISC® hyaluronic injections are available to treat chronic knee pain.

Minimally invasive procedures like kyphoplasty, radiofrequency ablation, Abbott spinal cord stimulators, and Vertiflex™ Superion® spinal decompression are also available to treat more serious conditions like permanent nerve damage, herniated discs, and spinal compression fractures.
